Basement Services of WNY waterproofed my basement wall in June 2009.
The estimate that was given to me listed all the work to be done and the cost.
The crew arrived on schedule, and a plastic barrier was put in place to contain the dust and debris.
The work was completed in a professional manner, and a thorough cleanup was done.
I was pleased with the job.

On July 5, 2010 two of your people cleaned/painted our basement walls and removed much of the mold that had taken over.
Mike Jusko and his partner did a very good job and were two pleasant people to have around and very helpful.
They took down all my shelving and will put the shelves back up ( as soon as I call Mike and tell him I’m ready).

We are writing to let you know how pleased we are with the recent work we had done in our basement by “Basement Services”. You did a great job of removing the 20+ year old paneling and ceiling tiles in our basement.
The newly exposed walls look great now that you have cleaned them with anabec cleaner and painted them with two coats of antimicrobial epoxy paint.
It is amazing that you were able to accomplish this including the clean-up in two days.
What an improvement! Our basement has been completely transformed.
It not only looks great, but it also provides a healthier foundation for our home.

My wife and I recently contracted with Mike Jusko of “Basement Services of Western NY” to evaluate and repair a crack in the basement wall of our 30 year old home.
Since Mike’s firm uses a process with which we were completely unfamiliar, we weren’t sure what to expect and were naturally somewhat apprehensive.
When Mike arrived to estimate the job he thoroughly explained the process and answered all of our questions completely and professionally. We especially appreciated the fact that the process did not require digging up the area near our foundation and that the work carried a lifetime warrantee.
We were also pleasantly surprised at the reasonable estimate.
On the day of the job Mike and his assistant arrived precisely on time and ready to work.
They completed the job in less time than he estimated, created far less of a mess than we had anticipated and left the work area neat and clean. The leakage we were experiencing from the wall crack had been completely eliminated, the wall was now dry and the crack was repaired and sealed with an epoxy paint/sealer.
We were very satisfied with the work and Mike assured us that if there was a problem in the future he would be back to fix it.
About 2 weeks later we received a call from Mike asking if we were satisfied with the work and the condition of the repaired wall. Unfortunately, a very small amount of water had begun to seep through the wall at one point of the crack about a week after the job was done. When I mentioned this to Mike he rearranged his work schedule and he and his assistant came back to our house the same morning and fixed our problem. He reassured us that if there were any future problems they would return to fix them as well.
Since the last repair we have had no additional seepage problems in spite of the heavy rain and thawing we have been experiencing.
My wife and I could not be more pleased with the price, punctuality and professionalism with which the job was done on our basement wall. We would not hesitate to HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike and his company to anyone with a similar problem.
